Some funny things...

KOBEN HAS SAID OR DONE LATELY


*Tonight when we thought he was in bed sleeping, we see his blonde head quietly bobbing around in the kitchen while we are watching t.v. I pick him up to take him back to bed and he looks at me and says "oooh, nice pj's mama"

*We were waiting at the doctors office and Koben was playing with some kids in the waiting room. I hear him say "hey guys, watch." And he proceeds to sing loudly "Bob the builder, can we fix it! Bob the builder, yes we can!" He had all us parents laughing!

*Another day while waiting at the doc's (Kellan had bronchitis, but is much better!!) I was reading to Koben and Kellan was asleep in his carseat. A woman walks by carrying her child in his carseat. Koben yells, "Hey! That's my baby brother!" I said "Koben, Kellan is right here." "oh"

*"Man, that guy is really hyper" When Kellan is yelling and playing

*Koben, how old are you? "six" Always six :-)

*In time out the other day he starts yelling "Mom!" I said, "No talking Koben, you are in time out." He yells, "Sophie! Sophie Brown!" I mean, how can you not laugh?

*He was building with legos today and one of the pieces broke off so he goes, "Oh damnit!" Oops, must of let that one slip out sometime!

*Everynight he HAS to sleep with his Woody doll and stuffed puppy dog. Sometimes we can hear him chatting with Woody through the monitor :-)

*His favorite new book is "To Market, To Market" so everyday for lunch he tells me he wants hot soup for lunch

*Today for breakfast he asked for a turkey and cheese sandwich with some butter. Well, he asked, so that was breakfast!



Though this has definately been one of the most challenging stages (he can be sooooo crazy and has the energy of 3 boys-then the listening goes out the window!) it has been one of the most fun and rewarding also. Everytime he tells us I love you or kisses his baby brother and says "I love you Tellan, see you when I get up" It is the best feeling in the world. And man, that kid is a crack up!
